Celebrations at CAMP

What is included in a CAMP party package?

1. A dedicated party lead (one of our fun-loving Counselors!) as well as CAMP staff to facilitate a fun and safe experience.

2. Mini-craft welcome table

3. Facilitated games, dance party, and crafting

4. Time for birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday, of course!

Plus, depending on your CAMP location, your party can include these extras:

  • One ice cream for each Camper, at eligible locations.

  • One signature craft kit per Camper (Slime, Ceramics or a DIY Kit), at eligible locations

  • Free playtime in the store before or after your party, at eligible locations

May I add additional time?

The duration of our basic party is 90 minutes, which includes time for a treat. If you would like to bring in your own food, we recommend adding an additional 30 minutes of private CAMPitheater access for $250.

How do I book a party?

Fill out the inquiry form at CAMP.com/celebrate and let us know your preferred date, time, and location. You will receive an immediate reply with information about party packages for your location (if you don’t receive a reply within 12 hours, please check your spam folder!).

Within 48 hours our team will also notify you if your preferred date and time is available, and if not, we'll help you find a different time to celebrate!

We can hold your party date for up to one week without a deposit, while we answer your questions and discuss your party details! After that, we ask for full payment to finalize your party booking and lock the date in our calendar.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 21 days in advance of your event. For cancellations less than 21 days in advance, we will refund your booking price minus a 30% administrative fee.

What crafts are available?

Birthday Campers can choose from a wide variety of craft options, including ceramics, slime, birdhouses, and friendship bracelets! If you choose a painting or decorating party, each guest will get to pick out their own craft. If you would like to do a guided craft, like slime or one of our seasonal craft projects, just let us know and we’ll guide the guests through the project together!

At our Art CAMP locations, we offer additional birthday party crafts, like tie-dye and spin art! All birthday guests at ART CAMP also get a chance to splatter paint in our Splatter Room!

What type of decorations should I bring?

The simpler, the better! Disposable tablecloths, a small sign or banner, and themed plates and cutlery are perfect. Balloons are allowed at some locations, but must be weighted down. We cannot permit balloon arches or sculptures.

Can we bring food?

Yes! Food is permitted at two-hour birthday parties, but we cannot allow any chafing dishes with active flame canisters. Other than that, you are welcome to bring whatever the birthday kiddo likes! We can provide local recommendations and delivery restrictions for each location. And at CAMP locations with a cafe, ice cream will be provided for your party!

Do you have a refrigerator or freezer to store my cake?

Due to food handling restrictions, we are unable to store personal food items in our refrigerators.

Do you provide plates, napkins, and cutlery?

We ask that you bring your own plates, napkins, cutlery, and tableware, as well as any cake knife or candle lighter you might need for enjoying birthday cake.

At locations with ticketed shows (such as the PAW Patrol Experience at CAMP, Cosmic CAMP, and Disney’s Mickey & Friends: An Extra-Big Adventure), CAMP can provide themed tableware.

Do the parents of child guests have to stay for the party?

CAMP is designed for shared play and is not a drop-off play experience. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we usually recommend a ratio of one adult per child for party guests — but as long as each child has an adult that is responsible for them, we’re okay if there are fewer grown-up chaperones than Campers!

Where will my party be held?

All party packages include private access to the CAMPitheater for you and your guests. Some CAMP locations also incorporate playtime, and others include additional crafting. For specific details about your locations’ party flow, please inquire at celebrations@camp.com

What is the difference between a private and general party?

At a ticketed CAMP show (such as the PAW Patrol Experience at CAMP, Cosmic CAMP, and Disney’s Mickey and Friends: An Extra-Big Adventure):

The general party package means that the first portion of your party (exploration and playtime!) will be shared alongside other paying customers. You will be the only guests entering the experience at your specific party time.

For the private party experience, we close tickets around your entry time, so your party will be the only Campers inside the experience for the duration of your time.

At a non-ticketed CAMP location (such as Art CAMP or Base CAMP):

The general party package includes private access to the CAMPitheatre for you and your guests, where the majority of your party will take place. Some locations allow for time in the store experience, which would also be open to the public.

For the private or buyout package, we will close the store for all of (or a portion of) your party so your guests have full, private access to all that store experience has to offer.
