Ticketing and Scheduling
Do I have to buy a ticket for experiences?
While not all experiences at CAMP require a ticket, many of our in-store experiences, events, and classes do. CAMP stores offer a range of awesome activities for families, including timed-entry immersive experiences, daily activities, and special events. Check our homepage to find out what’s happening at CAMP stores near you.
Can I reschedule or change my ticket?
If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help modify your tickets.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
You can get a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your timed ticket slot. Cancel your reservation by clicking the link to your order in your ticket confirmation email, or by emailing email@example.com. Your refund should be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
What if I’m late? Can I still enter the experience?
Please show up 15 minutes prior to your experience’s start time. If you are late and we have space available, we’ll be happy to invite you to join the next group. If we are sold out, we’ll help you reschedule to another time.
What are the ticket prices?
Prices for ticketed experiences may change based on day, time and availability. If you are planning to attend in a group, we recommend purchasing all your tickets together.
Do I have to make a reservation or can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! You can buy your tickets at a CAMP store, however, tickets frequently sell out, especially during peak times, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance on our website!
Are tickets required for children under 2 to enter an experience?
Children under 2 years old can enjoy free entry with a parent or caregiver to our ticketed themed experiences.
Do you offer a group discount?
At this time, we do not offer a group discount for ticketed experiences.
